Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how purchases in Invoxura are handled.

1. What You Are Buying

Invoxura is billed in credits, bought in advance in packs. One credit entitles you to one clean, non-watermarked PDF download. There is no subscription, no recurring mandate, and no monthly fee. Credits are delivered to your account immediately once payment is confirmed.

2. Refunds

Credits are non-tangible digital goods delivered immediately on purchase. We do not issue refunds once a purchase is completed. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

3. Free Previews

Building a document and previewing it are free and unlimited. Previews are watermarked. We strongly encourage you to review the preview and confirm every figure is correct before spending a credit on the final download, since the download is the only billable step.

4. Credit Expiration

Your credits never expire. There are no time limits and no subscription periods. Credits you purchase remain in your account indefinitely until they are used.

5. Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel. Because there is no subscription and no recurring payment, no charge is ever raised without you initiating a purchase. You may simply stop buying credits; any unused balance stays in your account.

6. Failed Transactions

If your payment method is charged but the credits are not added to your account due to a technical error or network failure, the transaction is reversed by your bank or payment provider within their standard processing timelines, typically 5–7 business days.

7. Failed Downloads

If a credit is spent on a download but the PDF fails to generate, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. You are not charged for a document you did not receive.
