Terms of Use
Last updated August 23, 2026
By accessing or using Invoxura you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Description of Service
Invoxura provides tools to generate, manage, and download professional invoices and bills.
- Slips are quick bills and receipts. Their content is never held on our servers: it exists only until you download the PDF.
- GST invoices are full tax invoices. Their content is stored under your account so that you can list, edit, and re-download them.
Which kind of document you are creating is shown before you begin.
2. User Accounts
- You must sign in with a Google account to use the service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour.
3. Credits & Payments
- Building a document and previewing it are free and unlimited. Previews carry a watermark.
- Downloading a clean, non-watermarked PDF costs one credit per download. Credits are bought in advance, in packs.
- There is no subscription, no monthly fee, and no recurring mandate. Credits never expire.
- All payments are handled by a regulated third-party payment provider on its own secure checkout page. We do not receive or store payment card, UPI, or banking information.
- All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or carried over after account deletion. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- If a payment is taken but the credits are not added to your account, the transaction is reversed by your bank or payment provider within their standard processing timelines, typically 5–7 business days.
- If a download is charged but the PDF fails to generate, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
4. Your Data & Backups
- Slips are never stored by us and we hold no copy. A slip is not saved at all and is lost when you leave the page, so download the PDF before doing so. We are not responsible for slip data lost through leaving a page before downloading.
- GST invoices are stored under your account and remain available until you delete them. You may delete any stored invoice at any time.
5. Accuracy of Generated Documents
Invoxura generates documents from the information you supply and calculates tax from the figures and place of supply you enter. You are solely responsible for verifying the legal compliance, tax accuracy, and mathematical correctness of every document you create and issue. Invoxura is a tool, not a licensed accounting, audit, or tax service, and nothing it produces is tax advice.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Invoxura to produce fraudulent, forged, or misleading documents, to impersonate another business, or to issue invoices for transactions that did not occur. You may not attempt to circumvent the credit system, interfere with the service, or access another user's account or data.
7. Intellectual Property
Invoxura, its design, templates, source code, and related content are our intellectual property and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service. Documents you generate, and the business data you enter, remain yours.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or inaccuracies in generated documents.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The date at the top of this document records the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
